Youth athletes
Fundamental movement skills taught the right way: running mechanics, jumping and landing, balance and body control. Skill acquisition comes first, so strength is built on good patterns rather than bad habits.
Strength, speed and power matched to sport, position and season. Lifts are coached for setup, bracing and range of motion before load increases; acceleration and change-of-direction mechanics are measured and refined.
Higher-level programming with refined technique, deliberate power development and individualized loading. Readiness and reassessment data guide when to push and when to hold.
Focused sessions for a specific goal — returning to full training after a break, preparing for tryouts, or a structured off-season block. Clear priorities and a measurable end point.
A place in a group isn't the same as a plan built around your athlete.
Group training can be valuable, and quality varies from program to program. But the format sets limits. Parents aren't paying for exercise variety — they're investing in coaching precision, individualized progression and measurable accountability.
