Where we can improve

  1. 01 Maximum-speed developmentSprint mechanics, appropriate distances and full recovery between fast efforts.
  2. 02 Hip mobility & side-to-side controlRight side scored lower on lunge and rotary stability — single-leg and trunk work, then reassess.
  3. 03 Strength foundation & recoveryReadiness averaged 5.0/10, so workload follows recovery, not just best-day output.

Excerpt of a sample report. Fitness and performance assessment, not a medical diagnosis; movement scores do not predict injury.

Your report explains results in context for your athlete's age and sport, highlights strengths and priorities, and outlines a recommended plan.
