For over 20 years I've helped athletes build strength, speed and movement skill. My lane is private individual coaching: one athlete, one coach, a plan built around them.
Every lift is an opportunity to teach. I coach setup, bracing, range of motion and control first, then add load or speed when the movement earns it. Athletes learn why each exercise is in their plan.
I work with athletes from about age five through competitive levels. Sport, position, developmental stage and the season shape the program, and assessment data helps decide what comes next.
Beyond the physical work, I coach how to think, recover and compete — confidence, discipline and resilience that carry into every part of life.
